How it works

Each day is its own room. You always begin with roots through the root chakra, then live from the heart space, then see with a soft third eye.

Sit with the voice on. Ara takes you down for more than ten minutes: grounding, the day’s work, the frequency of pure love, then self-love and relationship affirmations.

The last two minutes are only the theta pulse. Headphones. One new day each calendar day. Miss a day and you continue from where you left off.
