How it works

Each day is its own meditation. One centre, one piece of work — not the same sitting with a new title.

Sit with the voice on. Ara takes you down for more than ten minutes, with check-ins, then that day’s body work and health affirmations.

The last two minutes are only the theta pulse. Headphones. Dim the room. One new day each calendar day.
